I was curious too and had to look it up.
There's an area left of the school entrance (not obvious at all that it exists) where you can use four coins to access some more scenes.

the fird coin idk where, but the dude is talking about the interior of the Exploration club. it could be signseeng club(school, 1f, room with 3 girls behind glass).

The fourth coin can be obtained from glowing vending machines either from the school or from the rest of the map (I got it at the beginning of the game when I was low on money).

thanks, man. I don't even know what does doing this even accomplish. Since v*sa and masterca*d banned dlsite from the network. They went from paypal > book > to amazon points and now they are doing the crypto thing, thanks god that i've got myself a jcb but now I can't even buy the work thru normal mean and have to jump around the hoop with vpn, god knows if the vpn is even secure to begin with.

It's just because western scrubs keep crying about muh high school girls, muh feminisms, muh female dismemb... uh anyway DLsite said there is no need for that and hidden from the west so only vanilla shit is left.
Don't know if that particular game got removed or not but since it has a school setting it's probably hidden.
