I went to remember a little, that title is from the epilogue related to the girl in the patch, to play it you must get to the epilogue and review the post-game content there (there is an extra battle with Stella, among other things), there is the option to play an epilogue with that girl, as soon as you finish it you should get the title.
As of late their translations are good, they are currently the second best publisher of RPG Maker games after Kagura Games. I have yet to play this game, but I can't imagine their translation being worse than MTL slop in the OP even if they somehow messed up it.

I'm going to be honest, I ain't seeing it. Maybe some will prefer the less anime-y translation instead of the more direct one, but it's perfectly serviceable. Unless you do dislike the sometimes wrong pronouns and missing subject things, which is understandable since that's one of the caveats of AI translations, regardless of how serviceable it may be.
I have to agree with this. It's honestly not that big of a deal unless you're really bothered by a handful of inconsistencies and sensitive about translation quality. Compared to Google MTLs from a decade ago or even early Otaku Plan translation attempts, the difference is night and day.
