That is exactly the thing why People clown on them. Miel takes fetishes that a lot of people enjoy and deliver exactly nothing in the regard of the fetish itself. They use it as background bait but nothing more. good analogy would be imagine being a fan of platformer games and you see this new shiny game that promising unforgettable platforming experience. You buy it but turns out you only need to make 5 easy jumps from start to finish and game is done. This is general feeling of how Miel does games in regards to fetishes promised.

Why ? Miel games are far from worthless, the art is high quality, they have voice acting, and for some people hot scenarios even though some dislike the scat, piss and nose-piercings. Yeah the story isn't much and pretty much copy-paste at this point, but hey, for some people the other good things balance it out. If I want plot and good writing I know to look somewhere else, and people should too. Cuz as I said, Miel games have a history and are well-known for bad plots.

So as I said, clowning on them is redundant at this point. It's like idk, going to a fast-food place and then complaining about not having a fine-dining experience y'know.

People talking philosophy about miel game, but I just looked at 2nd screenshot and was disgusted by those breasts. Feels like breast size in their game have been getting bigger and bigger and now has reached the point where I wouldn't even bother downloading the game because of that.
Of course, I'm sure some people like that size, but they should have more variety in their characters. Early miel game still had some variety, in that even if one character disgusted you maybe another one in the same game would actually please you. Recent miel game it's either I find all character ok but copy paste of each other or I look at all characters and I'm puking. Then again, maybe I just am biased and their games were always like that.

man its amazing how fast miel can create new high quality game (full voice and decent number of scene) and how fast i speedrun those game, i guess they always make the same thing cause they sell so no point on improving?

Honestly, i personally find Miel's games to be the type of "fire and forget" eroge. You open them up once. The CG is nice. You find a scene that's interesting to you. The scene is satisfactory. You close the game. It was a good fap. But that's all to it really, it was a good fap but not a unique or inovating one and there's around 20 whores on the same neighbor that provide the same service for a similar price which makes you wonder why you should come back to this whore instead of moving on to a new and "fresh" one.

I'm happy that this model of game works for them and i perfectly understand why people enjoy these games - it's just that for h-games i'm usually more of a "repeat costumer" looking for a single "girl" i can try new things over and over again instead of one looking for similar experiences across many different girls.
