All routes are Netorare, as in the MC doesn't know. Colonel route ends with her replacing the husband with the colonel, Playboy route ends with her just becoming a slut, and if you take the young boy route she stays with the MC but keeps cheating on him and eventually has someone elses baby

You can actually cut off the cheating in the shota route, she will end up having your kid instead of that happens
