Think it's mostly because people who go out of their way to say stuff like that seem really insecure and it can come across as phobic, since some folks take it as a personal offense that someone enjoys futa, and suddenly it’s their special calling in life to tell everyone who they are and what they really like.
It’s just weird, because at the end of the day, if you see something you don’t like, just scroll past it. There’s no need to announce it to everyone or try to label people or whatever.
Although hiding niche additional content from the creator behind a spoiler tag isn't a massive ask either. It's a bit different if, say, one was to go into PersonalAmi's thread and complain about furry content when that's something he's pretty well-known for after people wouldn't stop throwing money at him for it whereas futa was still more on-the-side when it comes to Aroma's stuff.
