It's not a seeding issue. The tracker that the torrent depended on doesn't exist anymore. If anyone knows of an alternative tracker that the torrent can use I'd be happy to make a new one

I found a couple that should work. Try this torrent file instead. It has a couple public trackers in it.

Save the file to your computer and then run it from there (if you torrent client is associated with .torrent extension) or load the file straight from that client.
