I realise that nobody talks about Doctor! That's strange to build a love with your doc, but I think she can be really very good LI!

She it's li. Mc tease the doc . Posible later in the game, i think doc it's slow burn for mc. I not sure if she has husband.

Or maybe she is married, and now has self-conflict because she like MC, besides doctor's ethics

Don't think it ever mentions if she's married.
The only info we get on the doc is that she works, eats, sleep's, and repeat's.
But even if she's not married she will still has to deal with the ethical codes conflict since they are therapist and patient.
In some places they can not date untill 2 years after the end of their therapist, patient relationship.
A personal relationship before that time would put her at serious risk of her losing her license to practise.
Just Sayin.

Seriously .. the rapist doc is just enjoying his company at this time and laughing at his constant failures ... why is he still giving her the pleasure?

The free roam sections doesn't seems necessary and makes player confused that they might have missed some event/ made wrong decision. And the sorority thing with Big tech company bonding look stupid to me TBH.

It's not stupid, its more organic, in real life you have stupid bonding moments between friends, and the free roam is a plus that is probably a tutorial for future chapters free roam maps, i mean, there is a clear reason why this game is the most high rated game in this site, because its a believable game that doesn't only include important plot points but also what you call "stupid" moments.
Yeah but it would still be nice if the MC was able to just talk to Paige and leave instead of being required to go talk to every one of the girls at the house. If this is supposed to be so believable then perhaps letting the player have the freedom to just leave would be best. Some people would be embarrassed by how they collapsed naked on the flour and screamed like a child, slinking out at first opportunity would make sense in that case.

Like i said, first chapter m8, serves as a tutorial, whats the point of a tutorial if you can just skip the free roam session? take it as you will but the fact is that the game is the most high rated for its mechanic choices, free roam included.
It could function as a tutorial without forcing the player to talk to everyone in the house. Just finding and talking to Paige could work.

But still it wouldn't have the learning of a tutorial, it would be more of a optional thing than a tutorial itself, and if you've made different choices in the start of that section you actually get different dialogs, thats one of the reasons that i think that section is in place besides being a freeroam tutorial, to show how a simple dialog choice changes what comes.

Oh boy...This is gonna be a huge fuckfest.
This game is great in a lot of ways. Renders, Animations, Story and Content. Really want to know the update cycle if every update gonna be so long. definitely a 4 months cycle worthy.
For me this game lacks only in LIs. Every girl here are ready to jump your dick. One night stands, sorority rituals and all that.
Here only for the story and senseless sex.
