That would be she has a uterus.
That would be needed too, of course. I found the text file for chapter 4:

MC: "But I think I know why she's able to consume food."
MC: "Artemis is capable of carrying a baby to term."

Kindra: "I remember seeing a few schematics of an artificial placenta and other parts to aid fetal development."
Kindra: "Natural birth is also part of the process."

I wanted to say she isn't 100% artificial because we're told she has a placenta, but I guess that could be artificial too.

Her constant eating could be a sign that she has some organic parts. But that would be a design flaw in a way, because they would probably make her mortal.
that is mentioned in Ch 5 that she can process the food and gain energy, altough on a different level as we do , for me that implyed no organic parts.

It would also have to be some sort of total conversion of the food to energy to avoid needing to take a dump. It says she could carry a baby to term, but not that she could get pregnant (it's not the same.)

A fun scene would be Artemis needing to shit, but they never thought that she would and it causes a massive mess. Just have MC waiting outside the bathroom door, while Kendra is offscreen losing her shit (pardon the pun) in the bathroom

Yes it is mostly what she is coded/programmed to feel so it is basically a software design to feel cold or hot, no matter how many sensors her skin or skeleton has (if her code isn't making a connection mimicking a nervous system with those sensors on the skin and/or skeleton), and that is the hardware part, the pain she felt when had the hardware issue and the MC was working around her code is probably hardwired coded so she can know when something is wrong or threatening her survival, no idea, just speculating. I guess the sensors she has are set and then programmed to feel touch or even pain when its a harder touch/hit for now.

Also I'm still not sure if Artemis is an android and is 100% artificial or have some organic parts and that would make her a cyborg, I'm more inclined for being an android with just a few details on the outside like the skin and how it would feel when others touch it but still probably is artificial.

Most probably I missed some details during the story (or my mind and memory wasn't focused on it and more on her behavior and funny quirks/actions lol), specially chapter 5 and 6, but I'm sure someone will correct me with a few story details or even renders/dialogue hahaha.
Ya the pain 100% (i was replaying it and came across it) was talked about the issue in chapter 2. There was a problem in the cooling system. (this predated her having the programming), so when she got said upgrade, whenevr she would over work hr system it would cause her to overheat which was the "pain" she would feel, as her system was overtaxed trying to cool itself specially considring the massive processing she is doing while learning new things.
