I think when people have smut on then the brain 24/7 they're incapable of enjoying anything that's not a fuckfest. Sometimes you have to sort of detox your mind from it. Games like this provides all the balance in the world for me so you'll hear no complaints from me. Digi.B knows what he's doing.

I get what you're saying, and some folks are definitely like that - but it's been quite a while since the last update, not everybody has a pile of 50 games they like here. Not getting to bone Zelda definitely has some people in a spin, she's the cherry on top of the sundae - and I love June, so more intimate moments are always nice. Especially after six+ months.
I'm enjoying the hell out of the update anyway.

The love for Summer's Gone and, to an extent, Artemis disproves your point. The previous updates for Artemis had the perfect balance IMO.
I don't even mind the lack of lewds, but SG's never gonna finish at this pace, and has the slowest* pacing in and outside of the game. There are so many games anyway.

This game used to have a lot of gratuitous lewd scenes, now its going backwards and we are supposed to act like this is how it's always been in this game.
Plus even the slowest of slow burns, there comes a time where the natural, realistic and immersive thing is having sex, rather than endlessly dragging it on with silly reasoning, aka Kindra and MC.
Sure, not Zelda since it doesn't fit her personality, massive dildo between pillows ignored, not Doc K since its a long road to actually drop the walls, Lord knows Paige and Reina have so little screen time that they are risking going negative, but the slutty ones (Zoe, Kathy, the freshmen), V is a cam girl ffs... + Kindra and June they don't have sex scenes because digi didn't wanted to make them, not 'because it didn't fit the story', or because this is a story focused game.

I played the update for a bit, I think that the chapter is done just right, even if there's only one lewd scene this update. It focuses on Artemis waking up and helping her learn and adapt to the world. I loved it so far, even if the lack of lewd content kinda sucks, but make no mistake this is an amazing chapter storytelling wise.

I personally do not mind that there is no sexual content in summer's gone. Iv'e replayed that game 4 times in the past year and i thoroughly enjoyed it. In my opinion its by far the best story ever written for an adult VN. Nothing compares to it. The characters feel like they have a soul and it's visually stunning. Would i like sexual content in the game? Fuck yes... Can i wait a little longer for it? Yeah no problem if the quality of the story remains on such high level. I actually dislike games that just go straight to sex in the first 3 minutes of gameplay. It does sound weird since these are porn games... But the story matters so much lol. In the best games on here story dominates over sexual scenes

Well, spoiler, you do meet up with multiple other people, it just doesn't lead to sex. If you spent the chapter isolated just with Artemis I would understand it, as it stands now I call BS on the reasoning of why it couldn't include (more) lewd.
I loved it as well, digi is one of the best writers in terms of wholesome interactions, but I am getting fed up with platitudes and excuses.

I haven't played all my saves yet, I just played a bit on my Kindra save and that's the impression I've got. His animation work has always been on point so, even if there aren't abundant amount of sex scenes they are always of high quality.
You guys freakin' Insane? 2 days to DL compressed? All of F95 bought lubricant to wank?

i mean i can see why some people are disappointed , if this was a game like "Summer's Gone" that is focusing on character development and resolving the MC trauma first , i would understand no sex scenes or close to no sex scenes , because the game was established that way , and Oceanlab already said that "Summer's Gone" will eventually have sex scenes , while this is not that game section , just want to point out that his other game " Where It All Began " have a sex scene right at the beginning because the MC of that one is already dating someone . So Summer's Gone will get that once the MC trauma is resolved.
Anyway , if this was "Summer's Gone" or even " Leap of Faith" games that defined themselves for having character development first , and sex scenes later , it would be understandable .
But this game "Artemis" did both since the beginning ( i think ?! ) , and established a format for itself , so not doing that format might be disappointed for some people .
However i also understand that story and character development are important in a game / VN like this , after all if only the sex scenes mattered , there is a lot of games that have a lot of sex scenes but lack a good story , and good character background.
There was a game , idk the name , could even be "Artemis" and i don't know , but there was a game that did one update no sex scenes , next update sex scene , after that no sex scene again , and after no sex scene the next update would have a sex scene again. thw eonly problem for me in this update was the intruder, and that means that vulvamort have a leevrage now ,and digi b dont approach this not even once in the all update only 1 scene and that's it ,i think is a shame,i dont care about zelda bcs she isnt a love interest for me ,the naomi scene was fine nothing too serious ,no complain there,the one with kindra was hot an cute at the same time.mc spending in that car was to idotic ,but reina's cousin make for that scene,is like the mc toke all the jester form the mc of leap of faith and thats not good .the lack of interactions with/june,reina,katy,paige,or any side girl is bad ,seems that even digi b have his number one LI ,and i dont jave a problem if all of them have same amount bcs well some of us dont like being forced to nothing,and bcs for me not one of the girls im interested had any scene that doesnt mean i dont like the update bcs i understand the need to build up,but nex time i hope we don thave to wait a year for something in retun ,equallity is a very hard thing to do when many outhere chosse some of the menu and dont give to ppl like me any choice
