Ok, should I do a research about the company I have an interview with, or work on the app?

Doesn't matter that much.
The difference is a few love points for Reina, and Paige.
It's in the walkthrough posted on the OP.
During a call with Reina:
Work on app... you get +2 Reina RP
Research company... +1 Reina RP

later at the interview:
researched the company... +5 Reina RP, +3 Paige RP.

I don't recall those few RP points being that important, but Reina & Paige aren't my favorites, either, so...idk...lol

You get more points with Reina and Paige if you research the company. Also, you should either just play the game yourself or use a walkthrough instead of asking about every decision here.
