She's the INK President, so there is quite a bit of content with her. Artemis has a good story and things with many of the characters are getting nicely developed.
I think it's complicated based on what Kindra and MC says, she can carry babies to term as a surrogate, that is one of her abilities, but having a child is kind of different, but MC and Kindra are optimistic due to the existence of gene-spliceing.
Her best feature is that her hands are detachable so you can hold them even when she's off someplace else.
