I think he gave up on even trying after players reaction to her, but I hope at the end of the game, maybe even just text he will release what were his initial plans for her 'redemption'

It makes sense, if only 1% want to see it, her route would be a waste of effort, he already has way too many LI fighting for screen time.

I will play her path if it becomes a thing just because I want to see how bad the MC will get fucked over. She typically would be 1 of the rare character for me I would skip her path entirely cause nothing she can do would be worth redemption to me. But my curiosity would get the better of me in this case cause if the MC goes back to her I think he deserves a bad ending and to get fucked over again so I would want to see how bad.

She definitely is up there in my council of otherworldly beauties but like most people, she's getting older. For Alex in her prime, check the Percy Jackson Movies. She was properly dressed in those on account of them being teen movies, but we saw a lot more of her in the True Detective series S1. Posting a picture of her in her late 30s for contrast seems a bit unfair.
That said, I kind of assumed Cassie was modeled after her but the uncanny valley makes it look really wrong.

See and here's the thing... I think Alex is actually cute on occasion. I have never thought Cassie was cute though as it almost seems like her face is a lot wider towards the middle and top of her head with this giant jawline and it makes her look super weird. She has this fat old school square alien shaped head and these thick eyebrows that just draw more attention to how fat her head is. Yeah there are a few things not going so well for her face in the later chapters. The combed back hair style she's got right now combined with her permanently furrowed brow and her resting bitch face makes her forehead look huge. She also is supposed to have striking blue eyes but you can't see them right now yet again because of the perpetual angry lady brow.Like I said before... She has a "butter face".

But then again, she's not really intended to be likeable right now so I guess it works. Her face also seems a little wider in later chapters too. While all of the other girls' features were improved over time, it seems Cassandra's face was tweaked a little too much.

On a side note about Digi's apparent muse for her, Alexandria Daddario might be the only woman I know of who's eyes are so entrancing that they distract from her gorgeous D-cups. She could legit pull off wearing a "My tits are down here" shirt

The dev kinda did too good of a job making her legit despicable. Betrayed MC, destroyed him mentally, ruined his life with that betrayal, arrogant, belittles him and then ALSO tries to fuck him over a second time years later for no reason bar spite after we see the guy is damn near in the gutter. The excuse...essentially jealousy and insecurity it seems. That's a bitch that is direct from satan.
The dev would've had to have written one hell of a redemption. She's a fantastic villain. If the plan was to redeem her he probably should've front loaded some positive traits other than great tits because she's too easy to dislike.
The only 'redemption' arc I want for her is to make the defenestration scene reality. And not just a daydream.
Then, she can be fertilizer and actually make a positive contribution to the world.
