Simply put, Koikatsu is AA2 (Artificial Academy 2), but with:

1. all non-school related environments removed;
2. all non-romance related interactions removed;
3. all group activities removed;
4. all rumour (good or bad) spreading removed;
5. the possibility to have more than just one male in the game removed;
6. all competition-related events with associated chaos removed;
7. three theachers serving as extra/free partners. (sadly, Koikatsu Sunshine had only one extra/free partner);
8. addition of four pretty special girls each tied with an unique story (sadly Koikatsu Sunshine removed those).
(even more sadly is that, when the story of those four girl is concluded, they vanish from the school for good.)

To simply put even more, Koitastu removed all of AA2 features and gameplay that, if not for mods, would annoy players to the point of making them give up, ensuring it would deliver a much more streamlined "3D romance simulator" experience.

I think Venezia must have died while her effect was active, and for whatever reason it didn't reset like it's supposed to do when the period ends. So now it seems like any characters that weren't evil originally are now permanently evil. Monosomething is currently planning a murder:

We'll see how quickly she acts on that threat, or whether the relationship recovers. There's also other murders being planned that might time jump it past Wednesday.

Edit: Your death sentence was commuted. Alester went for Suzzanna first and didn't succeed:

that you can put on cards. I assume that's what you're referring to. If you have a copy of AA2MiniPPX then you should already have the module. You'll have to put it on each card yourself though, because in my experience most card makers don't include it on the cards. There's also a very limited selection of clothing that actually shows the pregnancy bump.

Can't this to work, tried the steps in the OP, I figure my system is just to new for this old but gold legend.
Win11 22631.3737
GPU: 6800XT
CPU: 5800X3D
RAM: 32GB
Triedall the steps and messed around with it myself is this just a Win11 issue?

Edit: In a surprise twist, Alison hooked up with Azusa, who then decided to murder Monosomething in order to protect her lover. We bid farewell to Monosomething, who beat expectations and made it to Thursday:

It's possible you'd still be alive if Venezia's effect hadn't bugged out and became permanent when she died, making every character evil. I'm not sure if the "I'll get you" status you had towards Alison would have been maintained if the Evil trait had been removed at the end of the period as intended. I'll have to try and fix the custom modules on Venezia and Libidine before I use them in any more games so that their effects are reversed in the event that they're expelled from the class.
