Can someone module savvy gimme a hand here? What makes the "sexually confused" module work? How does it work, specifically? Got a bunch of homo cards and would like to make use of them without switching their orientation to lean homo, if possible, and this module seems like it might work.

basically, any conversation or action that is love generating (headpat etc), and H (not forced) will slowly add to or subtract from a "confused" stat on the card with the module. and when that stat is higher that a certain threshold the orientation will move up or down from the previous state

interesting way to make a card have a more fluid orientation

if you are trying to effect the whole class without changing the cards saved default orientations, then i also made a couple modules for that, "Everyone Considers" will just nudge anyone that is opposite gender of the PC to "Leans" if they are orientation 0

So i performed the following (successful) actions on this chick:
1 calming action
12 sex talks
1 had lunch
1 took her to a restaurant
1 massage

If this was a lean homo chick, she would end up like some other lean homo chick in class, on which i also performed my magic - with 18 love count and 2 like count. Instead, she only generated 10 like count. Not sure when she starts getting love count (or, if ever), but until she does - she will reject any sort of interaction that requires love count, which includes head pats (yes, you cant even do that without love count).

So im still waiting for this module to actually start working. As things are going now, she will end up with a lot of like count, which will turn her into an insufferable leech, constantly coming over to talk to me about cute bunnies and weather.

Shes also normal virtue, so i can forget about asking for sex, unless her love count reaches 21... at which point i might bait her into a competition.

so there is a variable in the core game called "orientation multiplier" which is divided by some step between your gender and their orientation

i havent tested the exact values but if you are interacting with an opposite gender who is Leans-homo, then you only get like 25% of the normal points for any given interaction (they gain points much slower)

and 0% if they are homo (which is why you can have positive interactions but they wont gain points)

i think its 50% if they are bi, 75% if they lean hetero, and then 100% if they are hetero.

but the numbers could be lower like 100 / 65 /40 / 20 / 0 or something like that. id have to test to be certain of the value.

that means if you start interacting with someone homo with that module, it will take a long time just to push them to Leans (and you wont gain love in this time), and then again a long time to get them to Bi (youll get some love during this time but not a lot), once they are Bi things will speed up

however if anyone of opposite gender interacts with them, itll move the needle the other direction

Yeah, ive seen that in one of the modules, while i was trying to decipher what it does. I couldnt decipher what it does (exactly), but i figured its responsible for sexual orientation.

Well... heres the thing - she now sits at 26 like count and 2 dislike count (cant have it all...) and im trying my best to shower her with sex talk (which should only generate love count, so i dont know where she gets the like count from) and theres another guy who tries to get in her pants (im leaving him be, since our goals align for the moment), but the problem is... shes got a girlfriend, and they fuck a lot. Which means both mine and the other guys attempts might be getting foiled by this? We try to pull her one way, her girlfriend is pulling in the other. Could that be the reason she hasnt switched to lean homo yet?

Or does it just take a REALLY FUCKING LONG TIME, and not 3 or 4 days of the assault for her to crumble and convert to the one true faith?

If you told me raw numbers of what the module does, i could calculate how much love count she needs to switch. Your description was vague at best.

yeah her girlfriend definitely defeating your attempts

yould have to look at the module, every interaction has a different value and there are a ton of them

but they vary about how you would expect. the more significant interactions do more. so hugs touch kiss H etc going to have much larger impact than talk lewd or massage or headpat etc

Bah! I wont remove a card because of this alone. She will just have to remain a heathen... until i manage to break her. Hey! Im not losing anything - just approach her every break period and sell her 3 sex talks (shes perverted, so it never fails, although the second roll on the interaction might skew the result a bit). Guess i just gotta be patient.

Sex talk can give you up to 3 love count, massage 1, while the contact interactions depend. Not quite sure how much per, but im sure head pat is worth the least, while kisses and gropes the most... of the available pre-sex interactions. I cant, and am not, using these - shes got no love count, so forcing these is just asking for her to gain dislike or hate count (where do you think shes got those 2 dislike points from?).

Welp, back to it then. Oh - the (high virtue) lean homo chick ive mentioned in my previous post? With 18 love count and 2 like count? Already got her to above 20 love count, tricked her into a competition and "enslaved" her (forced her to have sex, after she lost anal virginity to me)... while this homo chick with the module is still standing strong.

Works fine on Windows 10 if you follow the installation guide. If you don't, probably not.

you most likely missed one of the important install files in the extras folder

I had this issue too when picking up this game again after a while. There was some stuff in the "extra" folder that I had to install for it to run properly. I think it's windowsdesktop-runtime-3.1.9-win-x64.

Oh, it wasnt just one. It was all of them. From first to last.
As a consolation - the individuals cards have a peculiar look to them. Unmistakable to anyone whos seen them once, thus giving me an opportunity to give them a wide berth.

Aye. If you want something done right - you do it yourself. Except, i have no "sense" in this regard, so i dont even try. The individual in question doesnt understand that theyve got no skill, but they keep trying. Thats the problem.
