Save with the whole gallery / bodymod area unlocked (I think? Let me know if I am missing something)
Also the game LITERALLY tells you on the menu where the save is located, but to avoid further questions:
C:\Users\(You)\AppData\Local\ArunaLOSL\Saved\SaveGames
The ArunaLOSL folder could also be named ArunaLOL I guess, or that was a translation error.

trying to uncensor it myself ended up breaking the game, so i'm gonna wait until someone more competent makes a patch

You can try to skip a shader with this hash "aee1fd9683aa674b" but I have no idea if these are same or not on different installs
Could you upload the uncesodre shaders? I could rum 3dmigoto, but no luck in decensoring the game :|

So if you do end up playing this, my greatest bit of advice to you would be: always make multiple saves, especially for equipment loadouts.
You can have one save file that's purely for gameplay, trying to go for more of a "purist" run, but then you can also have a save that's entirely devoted to modifying your character. The reason you want multiple saves is that your equipment unlocks can carry over into other save files... so if you play the game as intended and clear the tenth level and save, then load into an alternate save file, all your unlocks and customization options will be the same as in your other play file, even if you've never actually played a level with your body-modding save file. The only things that aren't carried over between save files are body development stats and shards (your currency)... but if you want to see how a particular armor or skinsuit looks without playing the game through multiple times, it's a valid option to consider.
It also helps, in my own particularly idiotic case, if you accidentally overwrite the game file that had over 4000 shards to unlock new weapons, such that you can restore it and not have to worry about grinding shards all over again.

yes? kinda? you take damage during the scenes, but you can lock your "developments" so you can finetune the body to your liking and have it stay that way. There's no "Gameover scenes" if that's what you're inquiring.

More like, are the sex scenes a result of losing combat to enemies or can i start the scenes on my own?

The OP pretty much says it. You get attacked and it grows your body parts. You can go to base and use the monsters there to attack you and make the body parts smaller. So you can initiate them to see the scenes at your base as well.
Edit: Oh and it's not losing, it's an attack that you can strugle out of and keep playing.
Wait, how do you lock your developments? I missed that?

Honestly, outside of few tentacle animations, its just a raw prototype for like 30 mins. The idea of gameplay reminds me a failed Anthem from BioWare, but in even more close locations. I hope the project will not die so tragically as game i mentioned before.
Why even bother adding so many stages if it's the same thing nonstop?
