Wow, that escalated fast. Look I have nothing personal against the dev. I don't read all the comments here because I don't have the time. My comment had no disrespect for the dev. My comment was against saying I should support the dev when he is adding content that I don't like. If the people want to defend a dev, do it. There is no skin off my nose but make your argument factual and able to be defended. Now the dev says he is leaving this forum, oh well. He took it personally that some people didn't like content in his game. One thing the devs here need to understand is that you better have thick skin here. People will bitch and complain about content here. It doesn't matter what kind. If you add ntr, voyeurism, cuck, sharing, swinging, you will get the Vanilla/harem group complaining. If you don't add enough you will get the other side complaining. Both sides will complain. I just say to the dev don't get butthurt and make your game if people like it they will play, if not they won't. You just have to decide who your target audience is. Because it is extremely hard to make a game with the Tags harem, ntr, voyeurism, swinging, and incest. I'm not saying it's impossible but extremely unlikely. Good luck

So the Dev doubled down. Not only that, but subtly threatened to add more due to being what he sees as disrespected. Thats actually fantastic news. Now I can just ignore everything from this Dev, Present and Future. Someone said that there's a gallery section for Ethan, lmao that's crazy. Brother, Ethan is your MC. You're making everyone play a person watching the real MC. He's had significant impact as a random side character extremely early on in the game. "The scene is important for story progression," Riiiiiiight, the MC must watch sex to do sex(incest to do incest). There's simply no other way to get the message through. Before releasing an update it's smart to ask yourself "How much time did i just dedicate to animations not even involving the MC?" If the answer is a lot then you will likely hear about it in the comments of a harem game. People are here to play as the MC, thus they want the MC to score. You've made a couple girls untouchable with that scene. Not something Harem enjoyers want to see. Regardless, you do you. You have some talent, but I will not enjoy it. Good luck.

For anyone who actually wants to learn something about making a game in HS, this developer has been streaming on discord about how a HS game is actually made. Even if you do not care about THIS game at all, it is very interesting to see just how much work it takes to make even one small scene. That is the case, even if the developer is VERY good at doing it. Of course it would take far less time if you do not give a shi... about the final results.

I would say he seems very competent with HS, but is is also very meticulous about getting everything correct. He sees tiny flaws that many people would never even notice and fixes everything. He is fast about doing everything but also very careful. With any 3D modeling, the computer has limits and they create flaws in the model. Those have to be fixed and that can take a lot of time. He is also using Photoshop to post process some images, but it is always better to not have to do that. It seems to take about 1½ hours or more to make about 1 minute of game dialogue.

Okay, so I am getting mixed signals from this thread lol.

I am trying to go by the tags, but can someone clarify if this game has NTR or cuckoldry in it? And if so, is it optional/avoidable?

If it's not avoidable, I'd like to know so I can pass on this title. No shade to the dev; it's just not my thing. :)

Nah iirc it's just another guy banging his gf/wife (not of the MC) and the MC watching them incognito mode.

IIRC your best friend is banging his mom and from the sound of it his sister, no clue if they are supposed to be LI's at some point...still, being forced to watch was unnecessary...(also his mom is the most attractive girl as of now...)
Then there is the wounded girl which was a prisoner of the 2 rapist dudes, so i'd guess she got raped plenty of times.
There are also i think 2 or 3 girls from the school which have paths with the other dudes from your class, optional, so far.

So, yeah, no ntr so far. Still a very questionable set up for a harem game...

Hmmm... Yeah, not my cuppa tea. Technically not cucking or NTR, but it skates the line a little too much.

The speculation is now over as to what the next update will contain.
This game comes in two parts.
The first part is either the PC version which is 2.3GB or the Android version which is 2.4GB.
Then there is the HD part. This is 17.3GB! It may be a while before that part gets here (if ever). Ashes Version 0.4 Big Sharper.png
