Hell yea the Degen path always gets thrown out for a love path, IMO keep doing what your doing. There's a million other games that have a love path. This makes it unique and great.

mind control isn't unique and is boring. I would loved that path more without it

its certainly not the worst fetish cough ntr fans cough but mind control can turn a story into a collection of renders....why waste time with dialog when they are just going to all say "oooooooh master your dick is sooooo goood"? unless you are going to control what they say which sounds like sooo much work lmao "Mind control" can be done well (GoH) but 99.99% of the time its just a way for someone who cant write compelling things beyond porn scenes to string a "story" together
on the game itself: holy shit i hope the dev has the writing chops to back this up it could be really interesting (on either path)
That is also boring though. I already told I like corruption without mind mind control or other bullshit supernatural powers. It then is a challenge for the mc to tame the bitches on his own means and it seems this game's love path is more inclined towards that

Sure, but this is an IP all about altering people's minds and emotions.
It's thematic for Persona. Standard stuff can be done in any setting, exploring the kinkier side to the world established in the game is great, MC WORKS here.
Kamoshida is not even going to the palaces of the girls to slowly change them lmao. He is just reciting a random spell and boom its over

Persona 4 has WAY MORE "mind control" coded themes since you literally go into their minds and change how they view themselves
In P5 they have to have a palace/distorted cognition in mementos so unless this game is focused on futuba it has to drastically change the characters to fit the system in game or..... it just uses a magic spell to mind control whoever you want
