There has been no movement on their Subscribestar nor on this page since the previous announcement so I'm guessing we'll have to assume it's either on hold due to unforeseen issues (hopefully) or has been cancelled altogether (at worst)...

Hopefully the game is updated soon, if not hopefully someone will make their own. There can never be too many Persona 5 games.

Not really unfortunately, every time someone makes a Persona corruption game it always gets abandoned after 1-4 updates. The only Persona games that last longer than that don't have corruption and are not based on Persona 5 although some of the characters from it will appear in other Persona games.

I do think there are two games with P5 girls and lewds right now, at least that I can think of: Rise Gaiden and Granter of your Desires.
Though the corruption element in both is rather short. They're the kinda games where you basically press the "pretty please" button and the girl gives in and gets on her knees. Gaiden has some really nice animation work though.
