The problem I have with these games is there is no acknowledgement of the fact the a2m act takes place. I mean, if there's a male protagonist, there should (at least) be an extra commentary to the option of putting your dick straight from the girl's ass to her (or her friend) mouth. It should be either gross or humilating or nasty but none of these games provide such a feedback.

If there's a female protagonist, she should at least comment on the fact of performing a2m or after the sexual act reflect on it somehow. Otherwise, it's just player's imagination and frankly speaking it's too little for me in a porn game. If there's only a visual representation/scene description with no impact on the gameplay or at least no impact on PC's thoughts then it doesn't cut it for me.

In https://f95zone.to/threads/hard-times-in-hornstown-v2-42-unlikely.3493/br-reviews there is a scene with ass to mouth but it's with zero consequences to the gameplay or PC's thoughts / mood / behaviour so it's pretty bland.

The 1st instance of a2m done right and explicitly stated (with the visual representation) is in the latest update of https://f95zone.to/threads/anna-exciting-affection-v1-6-deepsleep.2689/ (scene with the company's boss). I hope the dev will be making more similar scenes in the future or expand on that specific PC-NPC relationship.

I get your point, however most of the games I brought up, do in fact acknowledge the act with some commentary.
Not a nasty one, but there usually is some.
