I think it still does, though i tend to buy from the Wandering Merchant so it may be different for the Hollow Market where the shopkeep offered to let you sleep with her if you buy enough. Supposedly it also influences the quality level of the things available in the store, but i don't know whether that's just a requirement for Antibiotics to show up or if it holds true for other items as well.

I think most traders get some new items at around 20 points. Mysterious Coins for example will show up at ~21 points in the inventory of Holllow Market, Wanering Trader and Alex(Wanderer's Hideout). The Cook will also sell Premium Ice Cream at ~21.

New patch should be public tomorrow or the day after. I wonder if it changes some of the broken or useless cards or just story.

Having said that:
If someone happens to login to Discord, could they please mention that it would be nice
if the excercise bike and weight bench were white instead of black. It's really hard to see them
and maybe that wouldn't be too big of a deal...

link is offline. Trying to patch it, cause I just started a game, and randomly, after fights the game breaks, meaning I cant save without renpy rerrors or go to sleep without the game crashing on me... Really pissed me off... does the patch fix those crashes?

I finally defeated the dragon, my problem was really the deck, with this deck I managed to defeat it, it was quite easy, I had to regenerate once, but my health never went below 50, I don't know if it was just luck, but it worked.

I encountered the dragon two more times, and defeated it each time easily with this deck, I'm satisfied.

I'll make a deck with them later to test, but perhaps I'll wait for the next update.
Now I have them, I spent hours focusing on unlocking cards, I just haven't tested them yet.
