In the game's Discord site, someone reported a bug with the game's code when it came to card rewards not coded properly. I guess they opened up the code and looked at it and was able to tell it wasn't coded correctly to perform the action that Victorius thought it would when originally coded so Victorius corrected the code upon looking into the issue himself and indicated this would be corrected in version 0.3.1d. This was back on Oct. 28th.
