Is there no way to attempt to withdraw from combat ?
I've since figured out that going out with Lexi is the way to get materials, but I can't ever get the vault built as getting enough stone is taking forever.
This seems like a pacing problem.

Yes, same for me... I've done a lot of fights but most monsters are now too strong for me (1.1) and impossible to continue the story without this damn extra percent of corruption :'(

It looks like the thing to do is NEVER go outside until you get the vault built by assisting Lexi, although with the rate of stone generation that takes for ever AND is a clickfest.

I made a deck that can defeat any enemy, including the cultists, but getting the right cards is very hard, it is a poison/bleed deck, with some support of regen, armor, empower, with a card that costs x, so if poison and bleed doesn't work, I stay alive long enough while my empower goes up to the point where I can 1 shot a 200 health enemy.

If you don't want to play the game then don't, you're posts stated you were having a hard time collecting materials and winning battles, training in the gym will help with the latter.

Personally I enjoy the battles and seeing what cards I can get to help in the next one. I don't see it as a "clickfest".
I guess if you want to you could look at the code to see if you could circumvent the battles or just cheat, maybe you could ask a modder if they would be willing to help you with that.

I mean the gathering materials with Lexi. After you've done it a couple times, there no reason it should take THAT many clicks to accomplish again. Especially considering you're going to have to do it SO many times to gather enough materials for the vault and the gym.

You could just use a save editor to increase the amount you have if you want to skip the collection and quickly build the gym and vault, just download ren'py save editor and load your save, add the amount of materials you want and apply. Done, load your edited save and build the vault.

Welp, this game looks to be in my wheel house, although I'd like to know if there are more lovecraftian monsters than those shown in the pics in the game or if they're planned for later; werewolves and cultists aren't very high on the "sanity-destroying eldritch monstrosities" scale.

Imagine coming into a promising-looking game with the tag "sleep sex", "rape", and many more possibly non-consensual stuff. You get excited. Finally, a good-looking game that I know it's totally not going to be finished in a couple of years, but at least I'll get some good fap out of it, right? Then you skim through some replies and see some loaded questions like, "Are the girls going to get raped? I see sleep sex, does that mean going into the girl's room and basically raping them while they sleep?", and then the answer even more depressing, "Don't worry, the main girls or important side girls will never get raped, the only ones who will are cardboard NPCs you'll never give a fuck about" and "it's the girls fucking you in your sleep, not you fucking them in their sleep". Bad enough these people bring their morals into a PORN GAME, they'd rather be reverse-raped in their sleep. Why the hell aren't you playing a nukige then if you're so vanilla? Jesus.

So basically, all porn games should be rapey or else they're moralistic trash, and nukige as a whole are vanilla?

Same here. There's really no excuse for it.

Going by the comments, the game looks nice but is an actual drag to play, so I don't feel like I'm missing out - but someone really needs to fix or remove that upload.

There's a fix? Darn it, i had such a great poison/counter deck. Took ten bandit mobs just to take me down. Ugh, hunting the spiders and orcs for the cards were such a pain.
