Well, Im in evil path and I didnt see the sis after the intro as u aswell, but for what people saying here, I think ur sis is or Isabella or someone in her guild.

You get to find Isabella in the early stages of the game, then you'll get to know her better on the Neutral path and looks like now everyone is together in the college from all the paths

Regarding the Incest tag:
It doesn't relate to the MC.

The two Devil Siblings have a sex scene where the sister turns into Liliana. Visually it's not incest, but in actuality it is.

I'm planning to run a certain storyline series in tabletop RPG sessions with some folks based on this idea in the future.

No need, the free roam part is pretty easy and well-done ^^ ... Also, choices are pretty easy to pick.... good path choose good choices, etc..

This game has a very grand story which is both a good and a bad thing. Its good because the setup and plot are very intriguing but bad because there are so many characters introduced that it makes it hard to keep track of everything. Hopefully the dev is able to juggle all these characters well.

I think in each path Kthulian will focus more in specific characters, so its a way to doesnt waste the good bg in them
