since up 7.6 i have tried to continue the story but it just ends after the chamber scene with the captain of the guard. do i need to start a new playthrough? not sure what to do here.

Ah no no no, is there a new dialog writer, I have seen far too many new sentences start with "I MEAN" now we just have to wait for the other dreaded' Yeah, No" shitstorm that teens seem to be using lately.

separate, play act 1 to end and make a save at end when asked and then continue on act 2 (might want to keep act 1 around until you got act 2 save to check if isa's or some1 else's lovepoints vanished on transfer).

Where did update 7.6 finish off at? I think it was after meeting Ataegina, but unsure.(edit: upon further reflection maybe after Katriona bath sex scene?) I asking because on the site Porngameshub.com the game is looping from the 7.6-7.8 update and I'm trying to pinpoint where precisely where my last save finished and the new should pickup.

Apologies, my friend. Not much help there from me as I played the last 2 or three updates all in one play! I was a bit tired of the smaller updates and saved up to have more play time in one go. Did you secure the dragon's egg, learn it's name and summon the dragon for the first time yet? That was a huge part of what I recently played. Fucked the elvish queen, had a couple of sessions with Mida and some quality time with our demoness friend residing in our tower's library. Had a nice encounter with the elvish princess (I think she's a princess) and my last save ends with MC finding a treasure hoard in the tower. Pretty sure I did some more play after than but it got really late and I forgot to save... I think...
I've been so caught up trying to keep up with all of the other updates to games that I'm following that I haven't been back to Ataegina since then. Poor goddess... she must be getting lonely for my MC's big fat cock... I know Mida is! Hahaha
So many games... so few hours in the day... Yet, it does help me keep my sanity. Being retired gets really boring if there's nothing to keep me occupied! That can depend on your choices in game and what you consider to be weird kink. Everyone has their own definition of what is weird and what is acceptable. For the most part, if you make good choices, the sex is hot but not overtly kinky... anal is about the limit and having sex with your (adopted) sister and possibly mom too. Making evil choices can lead to some more kinky fare. But, overall, the kinky parts of this game are on the milder side IMHO and more toward romance than kink. Yet, there is some kink available... just depends on your choices... You must choose but choose wisely...
