It's more of a problem of this persona feeling out of place. And that goes back to the earlier critique about the script following the same baseline good guy narrative except in the rare instances where you call upon the alignment variable for a scene. Admittedly, there is not an easy solution to this other than being very very attentive to detail and adding the alternate evil dialogues/monologues to give consistent characterization and motivation to the MC a lot more than what you did.
Also, I'm not denying that you can act different with different people based on many factors. But that nuance didn't come across in the writing. Instead, it feels exactly like what it is. MC acts like that because there is no evil variant to Kat (and many other girls) interactions.

Kthulian Wanted to wish ya a happy new year there what a great run it was for Ataegina as majorly it concluded itself with some bits of content upcoming and a Steam release. Definitely interested in what more quality you bring in with your future projects but indeed it was nice '24 as an Ataegina fan and expect you have a successful year ahead!
I need help, I downloaded act 2 but when saving it shows "incompatible not act 2" what should I do?

dl act1, play it to end and dl act2 and on act2 press start and select your save and play.

Dear Kthulian! I played Ataegina from the very beginning of it's development to the end. First of all, thank you for the game, it's great. But I have one question for you. In Act 1, MC and Katriona have a serious relationship, even mutual love, and there are scenes with her in Act 2 as well. Then why is there no ending with her? Or maybe there is, but I haven't found it? (good path, her love scores max).

that was early game when they (kat and hjard) hadn't yet reached same state as they reached at later point after hjard had left school.

I want an ending with her too, and from what Kthulian said, there are going to be more endings, it's not over yet.
Also, he has shown on the discord channel, images that there's at least an ending with Ayna and Katriona on the making and apparently there are others.

Hi guys, I have question. Durring the second battle in the game I tryed or sorts of spells and I run out of mana. Is there some skip a turn button or something else to do? All my spells are greyed out and I have no weapon.

you have steal mana spell, just stick to lower tier spells or use reflection which bounces enemy's attack back.

yes main game is done and can be finished, there will be epilogue someday but that's not important playwise.
