I am a sellsword i sell my sword.., and none of you give me my castle yet, i cant believe you guys expect me to fight based on empty promises tsc tsc tsc...,there is still time to pay me you know? :LOL: , all jokes aside i wonder if you can share a bit about your creation process, taking aside the part of the story that happens in all paths, how do you start to write? you choose a path or you start with the idea that comes first into your mind?, or you already wroted a good chunk of everthing?

That's a great question, let's see if I can give you a great answer.
Before I started Ataegina I imagined how it could be done, not everything obviously, because not even now I'm sure how it will play out fully, but I imagined how it would/could end, I imagined the whole "world" with the countries and conflicts, I started the story with some mistery like the white haired woman or the dark figure, the village attack, the MC dreams etc... Something that could cativate the player to find out what is happening and keep playing. Other parts of the game are what comes to my mind at that moment, or something I saw that gave me some kind of motivation.
Resuming, the story as a "Whole" is already written in my head, but the little details are random thoughts and written with each version.
Someday when Ataegina is over I may share my notes. (They are mainly in portuguese :LOL: )

btw: Congrats for Nations Cup ;) . :)

I do not want to offend you, so my question to you: I would like to ask the ppl in this (your) forum about other "Mage Games" they know and like (I do not mean ordinary corruption games!). I guess there are not many (good ones). Any reserves from your side?

If had to guess i also believe the 7 deadly sin on the left is gread and the fat one gluttuny chick in the middle lust and the big one pride the other three I not sure... Or they are the lords of the hell working as some sort of council but doubt they are buddy buddy with each other.
At any rate the the fat one won't be a problem, Mc will probably bribe him with some meat and dessert and they will became lifelong friends.

No offence taken, well to be honest I don't have a lot of time to play games, since my free time is building Ataegina, the last I played was Tyrant Quest it's shows great promise, if you don't like rpgmaker it doesn't matter because it won't feel like it, and the developer Mifey looks like a nice guy, always wanting to improve, I was very impressed by his first release.

My favorites (besides Ataegina) are "Wands and witches" (1 year), and "Call of the void" (new, same programmer). I am not shure about "Healslut" (new) we will see how it develops.

MythicManor has its good sides, but it is more about corruption than magic. Magebuster is "battle-only", mediocre game. After looking through all my downloaded files, there is nothing else. I would be glad to get some suggestiones.

i Highly recommend it Reluctant Archon i even made it a review of this one today, and Long live the Princess, and i think kthulian and i are from the same country.

Thanks. DL the first today, did never try the second. May be I will give it a try, after you recomended.

Tyrant Quest? Hm, not sure. Graphics are not really my taste.

Now Question to all: Any good "Mage Games" on F95 or elsewhere? Of course, there are tons of corruption games, where special "Magic" is used, or mind control or whatever. Some are ok, some not.

But I am talking about real magic, inclusive battles like in Ataegina.

I guessed so, I have no clue how things are there in Brazil and if Bolsonaro changed it for the worse or the best, but I hope it gets better eventually.
