Why is the game binary 32-bit and using Mono from 2010

There are many errors in the output too
The steam version apparently had *some* changes in 2021 (at least according to steamdb).
But when you compare the hashes - most files are unchanged (especially the .exe itself is unchanged). So I doubt it's any better
I've patched the mono.dll to 'disable' that heap sections error but it didn't get any better
At least the art is insanely good
