There is sexual content, it was only tagged for 0.1 which was basicly a demo. The game is still very raw and in early development, so at the moment there isn't a lot of of it.

One of the devs here. Yeah, we're well aware of that problem and we even planned on implementing a journal in 0.2 but due to some problems with coding, I decided to postpone it because otherwise we'd release this update like a month later simply due to how slow we're in terms of code.
In short, you're totally right and we're working on fixing it.
