Nice thread - found a few I'll want to follow. A couple of these, though, still have entirely unrealistic tits - skin texture, cheese thighs and belly rolls might be accurate-ish, but 12 lb tits (each) isn't exactly a common thing. Maybe morbid obesity adds a pound or three, but the look of them is very infirm and unappealing - those shown here attempt to minimize that.
As for the comment about being disappointed that Sadie from Bare Witness decides to take better care of herself, get clearer skin and drop some flab - most women, especially at that age - would love to be able to do that and have someone that helps, encourages and holds them accountable (some of us men wouldn't have minded that kind of support, either). Realistic and not plastic-perfect is a good thing in VNs, but I still don't want a VN to exclusively feature "closing time sixes that are morning light twos".

Personally I play games with pretty characters, that look good, the typical concept of beauty and maybe bimbo (in the body part).
Well I would recommend:
New Antioch - is one of my favorite games because I really like the feudal style, middle ages, etc (although it is a post-apocalyptic world that takes you backwards). I don't know if it meets its indicators but it seems to me one of the games with the best renderings.
Lesson in loyalty - a game more focused on netori (stealing someone else's woman) or at least that's the idea for now it's very recent but I think it's a very good quality game.
Friends in need - a game more like a harem but with different routes (has a dark route of blackmail and manipulation), as I mentioned before I don't know if it meets your requirements but it has several body styles and the renders look good to me.
Milfs of sunville - has characters that represent the typical beauty but also has some variants, it is a game that has incest for those who are attracted to it.
My dorm - The LIs are mainly the typical beauties but then come some girls that rent rooms in the MC's house that have a little more common physique so to speak, but I don't know if you can achieve something beyond a simple friendship since I'm letting them go out updates and as far as I played the Mc had no intention of having something with any of them.
For those who want good renderings but all the characters are the typical ideal of beauty, my recommendation is Being a dik, is one of the most known games so I put it just in case, although I doubt it will be in this kind of thread. another could be Desert stalker, Midnight paradise, Long road home, Pale carnations, Power vacuum, Rightful ownership, Snowstorm, The seven realms, To be a king. (If the thread creator wants me to delete these last ones because they do not fulfill the purpose of this thread simply reply to the comment)

These are great suggestions I especially love Desert Stalker, Snowstorm, Milfs of Sunville and anything by Vilkas. New Antioch is new to me, so I'll definitely need to check that out. Thanks for the contribution.

This was pretty good (minus the poor English), but of course it's only 5 minutes long and ends at the best part, on a corny happy-go-lucky note.
Had to come from a new developer who hasn't had to censor their games yet too.

wanted to play that so badly because of how promising it looks but that mc being a modified female model is hard for me to look past.
