Thanks god I have Phil9999 to tell me what the "point" of my own game is, and to remember me that my "developer pride" blinds me from making a game "excellent"

Understanding "excellent" as "that caters to arbitrary personal tastes"
Despite the poor choice of words, there's a definitely a good point that the minigames are fucking tedious and serve no value other than padding the playtime. Nice smugposting tho

Oh, this thing again... Alright... For the time seventh billion and one.

For you specifically certain elements of the game might feel as padding, because you don't enjoy them.
To others, said elements are just more enjoyable content. This is personal taste, it's not an objective truth.

In the same manner that some players consider dialogues padding (yes, I actually get this "critique" too), because they don't like to read, they want the next piece of content to drop with barely no text or stop like they are playing a Banjo-Kazooie pussy collect-a-thon.

This is further proven by the fact that many players want me to expand on the dungeon game specifically, in fact many of the new additions (spells, shops, new artefacts, etc) were added precisely because they were suggested several times. By players.

So unless you are going to tell me that "those people tastes are wrong and mine are right" you do not own the "Cocacola Secret Formula" of what elements make or break a good game, you are just another guy treating their personal tastes/opinions as objective truths.

This is just my simple opinion:

Don't mind the trolls, they're trying to impose themselves over you, the creator of the game, which is the one who chooses what the game content will be, not them

You could, however, create a "skip minigame" button, but with the caveat that then you don't get any ingredients, gems and other stuff, furthermore you can create an NPC vendor, that sell all of those, but with a steeper price tag

first time I launched the game no loading screen appeared.
2nd time I launched I couldn't see most visual assets (ex: the shovel, the stump in outside the house, the beggar in the village, the person in the dark alley of the village etc..).
3rd time launching and now I can't see what the items in the shops are

No worries, I have a lot of years of experience hearing the old "DO THE GAME FOR ME!" hidden as "critique".

I just find these funny to reply due to how demanding and entitled they are, while at the same time trying to play the whole "I'm humble, it's for the greater good" shenanigans.

I wish it was that easy, but it isn't. Minigames have a lot of interactions that affect outside the minigame, so I would have to account for said interactions and add them all on the skipping, and not only that but it would make reworking or improving any minigame harder because it will make new interactions appear that I now have to also add to the skipping. Partial skipping makes this even harder.

And that's just the surface stuff, there's much more, it's just a mess trying to go there.

Instead, I'm looking for ways to reach some questline ingredients outside of the dungeon, so people who don't like the dungeon have other avenues to complete said questlines.

To put an example, it is planned for the Super Creamy Milk to be an item found in the Duchess mansion once it's added to the game.

First of all, apologies.

I'd just like to say though ... I believe you are misconstruing what I said, to whom. I don't really lurk here or do anything other than jump to the last page of any thread once every few weeks to check on updates for my favorite porn games (yours being one of them). I didn't know you haunt these forums, I'm pretty out of touch all considered, I was just airing my grievance with my fellow perverts, a grievance I have with multiple porn games these days and will probably continue to air that to my fellow perverts in any game. By all accounts I meant to say what I said, which yes I do believe, to random people on the internet.

I'm sorry you took it as me trying to tell you, the dev, as what I think is a universal truth and that you should bend to my universal truth, that was never my intention. I thought dev interaction was more a personal/patreon discord thing these days.

To be fair, it's not that much of an spoiler at this point, we've thrown art of almost all the Mansion characters publicly before (On Twitter mostly)

Duchess is the left one:

"Nah, he's expanding these mini-games again, generally, porn game makers like to overdo it, maybe more actual porn content?"

"THIS IS ONLY YOUR TASTE! THIS IS MY GAME!! OTHERS LIKE IT!! SHUT UP!!!"

haha.. If you are used to treating unfavorable opinions like this, I am glad that I am not on your Patreon.
Also, maybe since "seventh billion and one" people say something in your game sucks, then maybe it is :O

I do like the latest additions to the dungeons, but I don't quite get the "trade Epox for x" statues, as their prices seem WAY out of wack. Maybe I just don't understand how the price tag works, but they seem to casually ask for an hour worth of Epox grind off the bat.

The statues take a base value + % of current Epox in hand. They are supposed to be a last resort, not an easy healing resource. Otherwise someone could farm epox and trivialize exceptionally long runs.

Speaking of expanding the dungeon specifically, I'm not sure who else agrees or whether this is already on your horizon, but I would love to see second sex scenes with the dungeon girls where we follow up on the dialogue teases from the first encounter. Like how one of the cerberus girls mentions she wants to fuck us but never gets a chance in that first scene, or how the succubus says if we mention her name we'd have more control over her (leading to perhaps bondage doggystyle, handcuffs facefuck, just spitballing here - seems like she'd love it).

You give them such great characterisation in a single scene, and it'd be great to follow up on the natural continuation of the dynamic between their personality and ours.

I wish I could pamper every single one of those characters with scenes and storylines of their own, but sadly it would not only take a lot of time, but easily spiral into the "but what about X?" because everyone is going to have a favorite.

I do find solace in the fact that some of them ended leaving quite a strong impression, and will likely use/expand on those concepts in future endeavors.

Very fair point! Looking forward to exploring the Manor content.
