wow this game is incredible, respect to the dev. some of the most beautiful art i've seen in an adult game.

i have a question though, for some reason i can't go back into the cave even though i already used the item to go inside. suddenly the cave was closed again, is it a bug?

Yes, it's a bug, you can restart the questline to get there to fix it (Ask Orson about the drunks > Talk to the drunks) but the enter of the cave will be completely reworked in v18.

There will be hints for achievements in v18, but for now you can use notepad to edit your save file and give yourself achievements to see what they are.

you need to get some bugs to be able to lure a special kind of fish. So far i'm stuck there.
