Hey, I'm only missing Lily last scene and can't manage to get it. The dragon tells me to visit her on hilltops at evening, which I did. There I can only talk with her or help her to harvest fruits, both options not leading to any sex scene.
Can someone knows what to do?

You have to talk to her, and you have to answer the right things so you end up having sex. I think we talked about her family.
Does anyone know what changes occur in Melkor's Tomb after you beat it?

I got the 3 hex containers, I talked to Erza and gave her one.
now every time that I talk to her she still says that I need to find the 3 hex containers and tells me their locations.
is this a bug?

I recall that 1 of the 3 hex containers was different somehow (sealed maybe?) so Erza had you play this path finding minigame to make it like the other 2.
