I understand the versioning, but have similar concerns because of many other comments saying that it wasn't feeling like 31/32 since the last update and that it's been wrapped just to move on. Still waiting for anyone to confirm that this is truly complete with everything nicely wrapped up, with no plotlines abrubtly cut or rushed out."From 31/32, straight to 32/32?! Seems fishy!"
On a serious note though, version numbers are not decimals. They're version numbers.
0.31 means Version 0, Update 31.
1.0 means Version 1, Update 0.
It went from 0.32 to complete release because it had 32 updates before being released.
If it is the latter, will be happy to buy it and give it a try, maybe waiting a few days for the mentioned xp exploit and some other bugs to be fixed first.
Looks like the game is mined with bugs and there is no way to easy way unlock the journal.

how versioning works changes from individual to individual. Many devs do in fact use it as a rough percentage to completion.

Not entirely sure, but I think you have to reach a certain amount of points in the archery mini-game to see some scenes before you can make the bed.
Look for 5 n9tes around the ho7se. They'll tell you the password on the cl9ck.
