Been playing the latest version now and damn, art got a serious downgrade. Didn't think people would care so much for animated CGs that they'd be willing to have a worsened version of graphics that were so beautifully pixelated in the original version. I had never seen anything like the original pixelart style of Aurelia in any game, now it just kinda looks "meh".
Some people liked the new music but I feel like it was a downgrade too, the original was so whimsical, very fitting for a fantasy setting.
Oh well game finished I guess, at least playing blackjack is fun.

Stuck in the game atm on part where i am supposed to venture dragons lair and get the artifact sword tizona for duchess elizabeth ,but dragons lair is not even open , how do i get it opened ? went through all npcs etc and if im not (propably i am) blind , have no clue what to do.

After Naamu got its lair back, as ou ask for a blessing. You'll see the achievement icon with the lizards puffy cheeks in the corner, but the symbol is bugged and will not show in achievements.
I want open all achievements.
There is only one left, under a question mark.
What did I miss?

Is there a comparrison images reply somewhere in this thread?
Is there a completed 'older pixel' art version for download somehwere? (or was it never really finished, missing scenes, etc. with older pixel art?)

One of many examples:
Just look at how richer in detail the original one was. Most scenes were downgraded like that in favor of being animated, so I guess the fans really craved that above anything else.
And to answer your questions, the older CGs were part of the update before the last, so it was not the finished game, thus it didn't have all the scenes.
As for the latest version before the final (it was 0.31 I think), I'm sure it's on this thread somewhere, but you're gonna have to look for it or have someone else help you, I'm not really good at finding these things. Good news is that if you are a fan of the previous CGs, the game was about like 70~80% done I think so you'd still be able to enjoy most of it.

Perhaps dev could add in game option to toggle 'old HD non-animated pixel art' or 'new SD animated pixel art'.

Is anyone else having problems with getting bait?
Worms and glow bugs are not respawning for me. Without bait I am simply unable to fish and get lake frogs for the Bookstore lady.
