There is no added H-content for the update. The save is still a 100% save for the 1.0.1 update as far as I could see.

Yeah but, it says that the save is for an old version and doesn't let me load it, instead it prompts me to restart the game with some bonuses

Based on SteamDB the last (and only) new version released on February 14, this thread got updated on February 25 do it should be up-to-date.
There was plans for a new update with more "legacy" content and bug fixes but so far it didn't came out.
