Yes it have, if you already completed Ivy's quest you will be taken there eventually.

Judging by how long the final dungeon update took to make(which was huge) and by the fact that most of the Ivy questline rework is done in the current version, my estimate is that the game should have been finished by the beginning of this year, like February 2024 tops. When I mentioned this here, Mirthal made fun of me then proceded to show a bunch of WIP stuff, all of which had been spoiled already. I don't give a shit what he says, he has every incentive to delay the release as much as possible and so far there's been no evidence that I'm wrong. Really heartbreaking to see this fantastic game come down to this.

He said on Twitter back in APRIL that all he had left to do was the end credits so yeah, in the absence of any evidence of the contrary (i.e. him posting exactly zero updates on Patreon, Twitter, Itch, or Discord for all these months) I'm left with no choice but to assume he's delaying to squeeze more money out of Patreon.
