In the morning in your room, she will be sitting in the window. You just click on her and the option should be there. It's only available in the morning though from my experience.

i guess my game is bugged cause its not there, i force enabled it through urm though but the option doesnt do anything, does it lead to a scene or just makes automaton go in the sister room?

There's a good amount of messing around so it depends on whether you meant like penetration or any sex-adjacent activities. There's enough in the game that it's worth playing right now though IMO.

Just wish someone would give us the 0.1.4 halloween update!

0.1.4 is already out, just hasn't been posted here yet. There hasn't been any news about future updates since 0.1.4 came out.
