1. for luxury hotel you either max Nodoka relationship or pay the final debt, you need both to unlock everything there
2. for Rem you need to buy stuff in her store but for that you need to unlock it, by improving Nodoka's relations, lewdness, and fame (by paying off debt)
3. for Nodoka's relationship level: gifts + date at your and her home, also park; if you have the money - car shop, cinema, onsen, clothes store, hotel (after paying debt) dates

Ok, I nearly had borked my save, was on day 73 with no layover lefts, and suddenly had to pay 4 million the next week. Found it was strange because there was so much locked stuff missing, already given every possible gift to Nodoka and still so much for her final level of intimacy.

And on top of that, game constantly lagging and crashing when entering the video software stuff, so pro tip, its worth to manually delete the old edited files (Edit on save folder), specially old ones where you already deleted the recordings, and also ones from a different save, because the game seems to always on those when opening the computer. You only need the Sold files for accounting, and the Edit ones don't get removed automatically.

But luckily there was a leftover save from day 63 and I think I can make it work there.

1. Just record at least for 20 seconds each clip per scene(sex position).
2. Climex in every scene at least 1 time.
3. Then combine every clip in editor mode.
4. You can find what badges or sex position is popular in market research(via PC).

**20 sec per clip for trigger badges.
Climex in every scene for badges.**

In short.
20 sec per 1 clip : 1 scene : 1 sex position : 1 climex then combind every scene. (if it not limit by memory just combine every scenes you take. no need to arrange anything just drag and drop)

You know it took me nearly the end of the game to realize that you have an extra badge for clips longer than 40 secs.
But its true you should keep it just over 20 secs for most of the game, at least until you get the Pro camera, because others probably won't even cope with battery.
I'm not even sure camera quality affects that much, so its alright to reuse old clips as much as you want.

Uncensored patch. Put this into the game folder.

AVDirectorLife > Binaries > Win64

Then take AVDirectorLife-Win64-Shipping and right click create shortcut

Using that shortcut right click Properties -> Under target add in the line -dx11 after quotation like this AVDirectorLife_Ver1.012\Windows\AVDirectorLife\Binaries\Win64\AVDirectorLife-Win64-Shipping.exe -dx11

The 1.019 is already Uncensored. You shouldn't need an extra patch.
