Then take AVDirectorLife-Win64-Shipping and right click create shortcut

Using that shortcut right click Properties -> Under target add in the line -dx11 after quotation like this AVDirectorLife_Ver1.012\Windows\AVDirectorLife\Binaries\Win64\AVDirectorLife-Win64-Shipping.exe" -dx11

1:i don't really know where should i put the file. is it where the exe. at or other places
2:the second file in the zip file is broken. can't extract or download.

Yeah it seems corrupted checked with winrar and 7-zip. It would also be nice if you say where to put the dlls. Is it the main game folder or some where in the binaries where other dlls are?
