Yeah, but if he's played with the patch previously he should still have it. I keep a copy of it so I don't have to re-download every time. Unless they note a specific change, the same patch should work. (Hell, it's worked for me since something like EP 12ish)

Lots of reasons why someone don't have the patch anymore. I tend to keep it if it's a patch that just activates the incest while some needs to be updated after each release.

In the results of the chapter 14 it says that "You didn't plan threesome with Eva and Sophia", but there is never the option to plan it, sooo..... Im lost with that part.
