incest mod? Haven't tested but pretty sure it's generic and universal (works for all future versions).

This is why you make dozens of saves at every choice (and scene if there is no replay option). Latest save doesn't work = try previous one and skip read dialog. Sometimes if it's saved at certain points a new update will break it. That happens with a lot of AVN's so pretty sure it's a bug with Renpy (but when Renpy is updated that breaks ALL saves made with a previous version, so most dev's won't update until a new project if they are deep into a current one or unless they plan on changing some variables around anyway, as that also breaks all previous saves).

And? What's wrong with that? How is that even remotely a bad thing?The game is very good, this MC has it easy, all the other men are pathetic with neglected and dissatisfied wives, and we already know how that ends.
I suspect the issue is just that they find it cliche. They kind of have to be terrible husbands though because if they were happily married most of the women wouldn't want to have an affair.
The site's definition of ntr means that the player is the one who is getting cuckholded i.e netorare. If the protagonist has sex with a married woman then the cheating tag is used. Sharing isn't tagged as ntr usually either.
If you want more games where the MC has sex with married women look for the cheating tag instead of the ntr tag. Also pregnancy tag is usually reserved for one a character is visibly showing. Janet is less then a month into her pregnancy so obviously she's not showing it.

I'm not going to judge what happens in these games based on what happens in irl. It's porn, the majority of the plots for theses games whether god or bad is ridicilous situations that probably wouldn't happen in real life. Even if the game is a drama meant to be taken seriously. That's just how fiction is. Most people in fictional situations don't act like normal people, and the situations need to be strange or dramatic or else nothing ever happens.
But the the reason why so many of these games make the husband an asshole is to give an excuse for a married woman to have an affair without trying to make her or the mc seem like a terrible people. Not that every game cares about that.
