Did you try to uninstall your game and install the full game from here? Someone already uploaded android version.
I downloaded the obb file and apk but what do I do from there on? it says to copy in the games file or folder but nothing pops up

Yes, the dev log was posted weeks ago, he changed the animations to WEBM which made the game slightly reduced in size.

If you didn't want to change anything as you claim then your comments, to add NTR to the game, are 100% trolling and reported as much.I don't want to argue with anyone or, even more so, add or change anything. The game has had 25+ releases, if the dev wanted it in the game it would be there by now. To ask for it to be included is basically deliberately trolling the others in the thread, for a game that is years old and very established, to rile them up.
