Just speculating here, but maybe it depends on if you got her pregnant or not? Did you go that route? Because for me that is all part of the lead up to that scene. Not sure if it makes a difference or something else is off for your version, :unsure:

What do you mean? That I have to download and install it separately? Because looking at the mod, I can't tell if it's there or not. Thanks in advance

It's within the same multi-mod, when you start a new game, it gives you the option to choose whether you want to play with incesPatch or not!

I didn’t make any choices throughout the game that would increase the chances of Nora getting pregnant.

He's still a dick and I can still see teeth, 2 problems easily solved through good honest violence.

It's not a conversation or choice that happens, just a consequence of fucking her. I can't remember all the sex scenes so don't know if all creampies are optional.

It is safe to assume at this point that every girl that was creampied will get pregnant down the road (if not already even wthout the official announcement)/
