I hadn't played this game since episode 12 and it was worth the wait. I love the incest pregnancy option.

Was anyone able to have sex with Nora at the end of this update? I tried different choices but still don't get the option to have sex with her. And in the chapter summary it says I"I didn't have sex with Nora" and "I didn't have anal sex with Nora". So I'm guessing it's an option, I just can't seem to get it.
I dont think Cody can man up. but maybe if MC can convince him to join them then its a different matter

Had the same problem, are you using the WT mod???
I decompressed the game and that overwrite modded files, and allowed me to see the missing images
BTW, the MOD makes you dump Chloe, in favor of Lily (apparently), however later on, while MC is confronting Cody, the dialogue states that Cody watched MC railing Chloe, so... is it possible to bang Chloe ? or not?

The WT mod, especially early on, states as best choices some that aren't necessarily the best per se. For instance, it isn't better letting Cody watch, only if you really don't mind (I personally cut that shit off); it isn't definitely better to stop seeing Chloe, the outcome is more or less the same and Lily doesn't even get angry, so it's best to get involved with everyone that you can (and Chloe disappears from the game either way). But, to answer that, yes you can bang Chloe (with or without Cody watching) if you don't dump her.
And during Ep.26, during the Adam and Jane scene, the mod let's you see the two outcomes: one in which you warn Adam before looking at the CCTV, and another in which he catches you and Jane. However, what that does in the end is making the game know that he indeed caught the both of you. I still don't know how that'll play out in the long run, so it's really soon to say that this is the best result.
In the end, use the mod for the other many instances that let you watch two different perspectives and as a sort of support for certain choices, but still choose what you prefer as some of them really come down to personal preference.
