Well you're wrong. First of all japanese are fairly lose when it comes to genre terms. NTR is actually a western term even though it's based off a japanese word. If you ask a japanese person about ntr they aren't going to have any idea what you are talking about. Second Netorare means cuckhold not cheating. Cuckhold means that a man's partner is us unfaithful and specifcally a man. A woman whose partner cheats on them is called a cuckquean. So it's the term netorare is literally only ever used in relation to the protagonist. If the protagonist is getting cheated on then it's netorare. If they are the ones doing the cheating or is the other man then it's not labled that. The term ntr was specifically based off netorare and Netorase and Netorari got grouped in later and it's not even universal.
Second tags are based around fetishes. Pegnancy tag exists because of the fetish of having sex with a visually pregnant woman. It's the pregnancy body that gets the tag. Most tags in porn are based around a body type. That's why milf is used for older women who don't have children.
