Yes it's a harem game. Not everyone knows yet of everyone, but you do have couple of threesome scenes and some others also know that MC has others.
is there a way to stop the cody cuck scenes, im not really a fan, but think i might already be too far down the rabbit hole... on episode 17 or 18.... just fucked eva in codys room...

Yeah, just don't agree to him watching you getting it on when talking about Chloe. I think that choice is from chapter 1 or 2. I'm not a fan of having voyeurs/cuck watching my MC, which is why I rejected his idea immediately. If you've already agreed though, the only solutions would be replaying from the beginning or using URM to change that variable. You'll still get scenes like the one you mentioned with Eva in Cody's room, he just won't be present. Although I can't recall exactly, and I'm not sure if this is a bug, but there's a scene in which you bang Eva, he's sleeping in the room, and the MC says something to Cody which sort of 'annoys' him, so that one might've slipped.
Could've sworn I didn't let him watch me and chloe... maybe I'll give urm a try.. bet just using skip function from beginning would take forever..
