Mostly first. There are some third person shots but his face is never shown, it's always from behind angles.

Right. How about you have the MC tell him he's slept with his wife? Think he'll be grateful? Maybe the MC can say it's his kid and not Adam's, so he can give a "You're the best friend a dude could want" response. And when the kid is a teen or young adult and looks a lot like the MC and nothing like Adam, does the MC explain why and Adam will laugh and slap the MC on the back with congratulations?
Just b/c someone doesn't know something doesn't make it any better for them. That whole "What they don't know won't hurt them" BS doesn't stop a moving train from hitting a car parked on the tracks. "By cucking him we're saving his marriage" . . . except that Janet only wants the MC's dick now. How does that "save" the marriage exactly? When he walks in on them without getting stopped (which would ultimately happen, realistically), you think he's gonna pop champagne and think everything's cool?
I'm absolutely not saying everyone should avoid cucking Adam. My own MC did. But I decided when starting this game that my MC would be a huge whore, so he is. My point is that trying to justify it as beneficent or something is ridiculous. Call a spade a spade, please; it's not suddenly an axe just b/c it makes you feel better about it.

I agree, it was a very good update but for some reason I didn’t get the Janet scene in my playthrough. Not sure what I did wrong cause I’ve fucked her before and got her pregnant and snuck around with her but this update for me never had a scene with her or Adam

there is always an option in this game, but it is a fun scene, he also gets docile in this update

It's been awhile now, but I'm pretty sure that when she visits Adam and Janet, you just let Oliver say shit about Adam and do nothing. She'll just have been someone you met and then be on her merry way. I chose more contact with her, though, so I can't confirm.

What's the likelihood that Rebecca didn't have a hand in the way Oliver turned out? As of now he's a complete and utter shithead who deserves to be cucked, but something tells me it ain't all his fault.

Well, to be fair, she and the MC have already discussed that his dad leaving is likely a big part of it. But you're obviously correct that she probably contributed. If a child grows up never being told no, they will of course expect everything throughout life to go their way. She probably caused much of his issue for a really long time. She seems like she's been trying to fix his behavior for awhile, though, so I assume she just realized (or bothered) too late. But the MC putting Oliver in his place has been beneficial for both Rebecca and Oliver, even if it cost him his tooth.
