I mean obviously most LI's in this game are based on the same model, but i don't see how they look worse after CH1 qualitywise.

What I mean is that it hasn't lost quality per se, but it seems like the model has changed, the skin, for example, in the first image of Ep1, looks much smoother, better to notice this during sex scenes. I don't know, maybe i'm just crazy, anyway, the game is pretty good, i loved mother and aunt and i miss Samantha

But i feel after that, we have the same quality (skintone looks more realistic with some imperfections instead of being smooth like a teen) in the next chapters until chapter 28 which i personally prefer.
I didn't really catch it when playing the game, i guess my eyes are just fucked up.

Anyway Lily is cool if you fool around with Chloe (though she doesn't really appear that often in the game) later on after having the talk.
It's a "harem" game after all, so there is no conflict that would force you into getting rid of another LI.
I know the tag is missing, but everyone is cool with you fooling around at the end of the day ...

I was wondering because I followed the walkthrough and it cut off some Chloe path since it had me not call her and blow her off in episode 3. Should I go back and call Chloe when Lilly asked if I was dating her?

Yeah that's fine because you need to get those Lily points, but if i remember correctly this doesn't close the Chloe path but leads into having a conversation with your cus about it.
Which ends up in her being cool if you hook up with Chloe afterwards.
So don't worry the WT-Mod does exactly what it needed to keep those routes alive.
You do get Chloe scenes after the talk with Lilly (But as i said, she is more of a sidechar anyway and doesn't come up that often anymore).
