Wtf with sound? It's just white noise amplified at full volume.

This may not be the original file as I can't verify the source. Media create date shows as 11/02 but the patreon post was from October so, somebody may have normalized or increased the audio and reposted it. The audio bitrate is showing as 2317 kbps which looks like some kind of uncompressed format, because it's usually between 128-500kbps. Try using a different media player. I don't hear white noise on any player I test it in.
