Just kidding, but it's not that bad.
I think Warfare was a good choice. Although a bit ancient, this type of model fits in the game more. It's not just about proportions, but aesthetics. Put in such an AAA game extreme blob, big tits, big ass, big everything bimbo cheap-whore lookin Krys....that would be a hardcore parody. 
Just stick with a normal sexy girl in abnormal spicy situations.

To be honest I think that this type of approach would be the most realistic and best to get an actual game.
These are the basegames I remember from back in the day. You had flash based sidescrollers and top left a point and click managemanet gamestyle where you pick a profession and based on that specific events occur.
Since then one overly ambitious 3D sidescroller after another has come and gone. Sure there were internal kerfuffels but bottom line, at least imho, there has been way too much struggle to get the internals of the game running instead of focusing on story and sexscenes. A switch to Renpy and a mix of VN and point-and-click with mini-game aspects would be way better. Use (Civit) A.I. to create scenes, sprites and backgrounds, use a basic model, train and costumize it. And stick to a monthly to by-montly release schedule, after a couple of month to get it up and running. The basic story, characters and plotlines are set anyways...
